April Showers...

Today is the start of a new challenge over on Fab n Funky....and the lovely Chris has chosen April showers  or anything weather related....

Stamped image is bu Penny Black...coloured with Promarkers....Papers from My Minds Eye....card and ribbon from stash....

Crafting with Children

Hello....Hope you all are keeping well and safe...

Today's card came about as I made up a goody bag for some children...lots of off cuts....and I put in  some c6 card blanks....To start them off Ive took a few photos to show how to do a quick Easter card...

I cut out some egg shapes....a dolly...and some bunnies...


Take the yellow white egg and and stick it on to the white base...I use tacky glue ( the works £2.00) on the back of my hand...the yellow
egg is a bit bigger then the white one...but by the time you put the little eggs on you cant see it...

Place dolly on card blank...and put on large egg..and small one.....place on bunnies and sentiment...

I hope to do another card next week.......maybe the owl card?Thank you for your comments Joolsx

Guitar Man....

Good Morning....I hope you all are safe and well? Sorry not been around but had a few things to sort out before going into Isolation....I still have to go out for food....If I can get any! and yesterday got some loo rolls....who knew the world would stop for  loo rolls...I remember the 70s when we could not get any....

On to today's card....its male for someone who plays the guitar.....nice easy one ....I made one like this many years ago...5x7 card white and black card from stash matt and layered and cut two circles.....a bit of matt sliver card and some sliver floss....found the heart in one of my boxes.....

For Richard...

Hello...Hope you are all keeping well....nice to see some sun ...if a bit on the chilly side....

I was asked to make a card for a male...so I started with any hobbies...no....what does he like! Money came the reply....don't we all....lol.... he worked in finance....so off I went and looked thought my stash....Craft and old gold from stash paper and money from La Blanche ....which a sanded and inked round the edges...numbers Memory Box.....label Spellbinders....

Good morning....Just!...very wet day ....Im a day late with my card for the new challenge over on Fab n Funky.... and the lovely Chris has chosen More then one fold....

I started with a A4 black card....a insert and a topper all from The Paper Tree....and made a Z fold card...

New Home....

Hello to the start of a new week....

Today's card and gift are for a couple who moved last weekend back to Shoeburyness....


I started with a 5x7 card blank....craft card and gold card from stash...Paper from from La Blanche... die cut lock and keys Tonic as is the home die....the key and lock I put on some Distress Ink
 The 2nd was a gift...the frame box from the works....photo not to good as I had to take it over the weekend....bit of a rush!!!
Paper from stash.. lots of die cuts...I put every ones name on it....and as it was the 1st one Ive made I was very happy with it...so was Debbs she has showed all her friends...

For a Child

Good morning....Hope you are all well....The builder are still in and out....and still looking for the leak....and the back of the house is still drying out....mine is a little problem when I see what the floods have done to people homes....

On to today's card and its a new challenge over on Fab n Funky...and we would like to see a card for a child...My image is by Mo Manning coloured with Promarkers..and the card is for the little girl next door who will be 2 soon....and loves Alfie and will chase him all over the place....card and paper from stash....number Memory box....
