Well my web buddie's this card said it all....not....The bungalow I put an offer on which was accepted is now off the market....The batty old lady who lives there wants to stay....and would not let the guy in to do the survey.....and I found out her daughter works for the estate agents and it had been on the market twice before.....
But sometimes fate has away of looking after you and the bungalow I fell in love with which was sold the day before I sold my house came back for sale as the chain got broken....so I hot footed over to Kesgrave and put in a offer which was accepted the same day.....I have never brought a place so quick...finger and toes crossed for me....
