Bright and Beautiful

 Hello...

Late today as I had yet another workman round to look at doing some painting.....after the 1st one did not turn up !why oh why if they do not want the job just say

Anyway....today is the start of a new challenge over on Fab n Funky...and the theme is Embossing...wet or dry...

5X7 card....yellow card from stash...I took some kraft card and used a 3d embossing folder from Tim Holtz which i inked with some Distress ink....I then cut some flowers die is by Impression Obsessions out of white card and coloured them with Promarkers and put some glitter  Nuvo Drops...jar is from Sizzix....sentiment LOTV...

Hope you all are keeping well and enjoying some of the sunny weather...

Today is the start of a new challenge over on Fab n Funky....the lovely Neva  has chosen Christmas...

6x6 card blank....fawn card from Papermill....paper was a left over from Paper Boutique....The cute image is from Bugaboo....coloured with Promarkers.... And I chalked the background ....ribbon from my PJs!....

Mo Manning April

 Good Morning...

Hope you are all safe and well....Im looking forward to getting out of lockdown....my days just run in to each other....seeing my family and friends and having my hair cut are the 1st things on my list....

Today is the start of a new challenge over on Fab n Funky...and the lovely Pat K has chosen  No Square Cards....

I stared with a Stepper die from Presscut and cut out of white card from Papermill....then looked for a image to colour and found April a digi from Mo Manning....and coloured with my Promarkers... Paper from stash....which is cut with the dies....note to self the hearts on the paper are side ways....next time look before i cut out....

Harvest Moon

 Hello..

Its the start of a new challenge over on Fab n Funky...the lovely Chris has chosen "use craft"

Ive had this die for some time now  its by Creative Expressions and first i cut it out of craft card....but when i put some ink on it it was too dark....much better out of white card...I used Distress Oxide ink to colour it in..then a white gel pen to highlight the flowers ect....I cut my craft card and this time took a paint brush more of the inks and tapped some on...I think i got more on me then the card!!! added some brown card for the layer and some sequins....

Penny Black....

 Good Morning....

Im back,,,,I found it very hard in this look down....as I live on my own with my fat cat Alfie....I just did not want to do anything....my mojo left me  but  yesterday i sat at my desk and made myself make a card for a little girl who loves cats but cant have one....

I started with a 6x6 card...all papers are from The Brights Collection by Avery Elle....The stamped image is by Penny Black....coloured with Promakers...and cut with some dies....Ive chalked the background to take off the white....cloud die Memory Box....sentiment from Stash....

Winter Lantern

 Good Morning...

Today is the start of a new challenge over on Fab and Funky...the lovely Pat has chosen Christmas Theme but No  Cards.......

Christmas Lantern is by Sizzix....which i cut out from old gold card stock Anna marie....the rest came from the bit box....and just added a poinsettia flower and a gem....and a tea light....

the other boxes are also Sizzix... Snowflake favor box....which i will put a few chocolates in and give away....

 has chosen Anything but Christmas.....and we are having a D.T call.....details over on the blog...

Its was nice to get away from Christmas and made a birthday card....

I started with a 5x7 card....some craft card from stash...some dotty paper from American Crafts...the stamped image is from Clearly Besotted...as is the sentiment...Ive used my water colour pencils....nice and flat for posting!

Wedding Wreath

 Hello,

The title got you reading...wedding with Happy Christmas on the card...

Well...Its Friday! where did the week go...Dry here but been raining all week...

I was looking at my Sizzix dies...and found one called Wedding Wreath and thought it would made a great Christmas card...I just used the wreath comes with lots of flowers...

I start with 6x6 card and some craft card...I cut the wreath with the craft card then  coloured with Azure makers...Poinsettia flower then cut out some holly from Tim Holtz...Seniment Tonic...

Before I close I must tell you all about Fab and Funky are having  a 500 hop over on the blog with lots of giveaways...

Just a Note...

 Hello...Im very late with my posting today....as my computer would not start ....and as many of you know Im a computer numpty...but with the help over the phone at last Im back on line....

Today is the start of a new challenge over on Fab and funky and its a nice easy one which is add a button...hosted by the lovely Neva....

I started with the image which I have coloured with Promarkers....image and sentiment from Clearly Besotted...I cut it with a spellbinders Classic Scalloped die....Ive used two embossing folders for the background the flower one is from Sizzix and the leaf one is from Ultimate Crafts... then I found some lace and a bit of ribbon and last added the button....

This is the card I made for Debs when she was in hospital.....She is resting at home but feels better each day....

I stamped Whimsy Owl....and coloured him green....as he is not well!!! with Promarkers... and cut him out with a ovel die Die-Namics...and chalked the background to take off the white.....paper and card from stash....stamped sentiment  from Clearly Besotted...

Snowman and a Robin

Good Morning....
I had a great birthday the weekend with tea and cakes in my garden with people coming and going ...lots of crafty gifts, chocolates and bottles of gin!!
Hope you are all well? and enjoying the weather....too hot for me...and my poor cat....who taken sleep in the bathroom!!...across the door....bit of a pain I need to use it!...good job I have two loos in this house....lol....

Take one drinks can!

Good morning....Well social distancing was a big fail yesterday ....Amazon drive came ...rang door bell and handed the parcel to me !!!....

Today is the start of a new challenge over on Fab n Funky and the lovely Ginny has chosen Creature Feature....
I took a drinks can and cut the top and bottom and open it up....very carefully... I then die cut with Tim Holtz Bigz Caged Bird  die.....best way to stick on to the card is red tape....the bird i cut from card and coloured with my Promarkers ...bubble die Sizzix....craft card and brown card from stash...the back ground i used masks and stamp with some ink....

Christmas

Hello....

Today is the start of a new challenge over on Fab  n Funky and its the end of the month so the lovely Chris has chosen Christmas....

I found the made up topper in my stash from the day when I use to print and cut out.....so I put it on a 6x6 card with a navy and white card....a bit of glitter and some Nuvo Glaze for the hat and feet....job done....

The digi is from Mo Manning....called cookie in a box... as is the sentiment which says it all.....my late cat Bailey loved a box....not Alfie he  likes the good life... soft blanket  for him!!...coloured with Promarkers...and cut with Die-namics oval dies...craft card from stash....all paper from Avery Elle Brights pad....and some ribbon...

My other news we have no fairs and shows with the Owls this year....but it looks we have a few of the Owls on eggs....so if and when....I take some photos of the new babies...we are hoping for 3 maybe 4....finger's crossed...
