Santa's Helper 2

 Good Morning...

I've been playing with Santa's Helper by Tim Holtz....I love this little guy...strange how little things made me happy!...

I started with a 6x6  card....and got some light blue card from stash....as the blue was not the colour i wanted so i got out some Distress oxide in Chipped Sapphire for the background...I cut out the snowflake die in white linen card from Papermill....the die was a gift so no name....the helper i cut a few times in cream and blue all from the bit box and layer him up.....I used flower soft on his trim of his hat and the pom pom....sentiment from Tonic....and some gems...

Festive Stems

 Hello....

Hope you all are keeping well and dry!....keep saying I cut my lawn for the last time....but its too wet....so i am in my craft room instead....

Iv'e been batch making Christmas cards....I brought this die some time ago to make Christmas wreaths with but made some cards with them....Bigz dies by Tim Holtz....I cut out the stems from card from stash...and got out some Nuvo mouse and some water colours and had fun and made a mess putting some colour on the stems...5x7 card...cream card from stash....which I stamped with brown ink a very old word stamp....then distress round it....and used distress ink....glitter  card for the berries...and Tonic sentiments...

Deer Christmas

Good Morning...Hope you all are well...the sun out here if a bit chilly....

My card for today is one I made last year but just updated it with my new deer dies...

I started with a 5x7 card ....all card from Papermill and bit box....which never seems to go down!...frame dies Tonic....snow drifts die Die-nanics...deer die Sizzix which ive coloured  ...as is the leaves and pine cones....and sentiment again tonic....

The Colour Purple

Hello....Its the start of a new challenge over on Fab n Funky....and the lovely Wends has chosen
the 'The Colour Purple'

You don't have to make a monochromatic creation

but I would like to see Purple feature heavily in your design

I started with a 6x6 card....and some plain purple card.....I was very to get some  Doily Dies (with some of my birthday monies)....and this is one of them from tonic....just cropped off the edge...Ive  added a flower ...leaves...a gem and a sentiment....

I'm back....well nearly!....

Hi Every one...thank you all for your
lovely messages since Ive moved...
Ive got one desk and some of my
crafty stash out....to make a card for my friend Trisha who loves Alfie...

This is the 1st shadow box card I made....its a bit wonky in parts!

I stated with some blank light blue card and cut five squares  and cut out three of the centres...the papers are from New leaf pad by First Edition....the pussy cats are from poppy stamps and the smaller one All Occasion Dies....

For the message I put a some paper and the back and fix just at the top and bottom and made a tag Tonic...and added some ribbon...

And a photo of Alfie who is still missing his pal Bailey a sleep on one of the beds...

Morning.....Hope you all had a lovely week-end and did not get too much rain.....We went to Keith's Sister's 80th  party on Friday night and had a lovely meal with the rest of the family......

House Mouse....

Hello....Friday's come so quickly....as you can see I'm still making Christmas cards....

Red card Papermill....Old gold from stash....stamped House Mouse image coloured with Promarkers....and pearl markers which have not showed in photo....and it was a busy image I just embossed on layer with a freebie folder....and cut with tonic dies....

Curious Gifts....

Hello....I'm late as I had a appt at the doctors for a blood test....and came home and had a cuppa and a bacon butty....and yummy it was too....

I used this image a few weeks ago and made a Christmas card in red and greens and thought at the time It would make a cute birthday card too...so here it is....

Digi image from Sami Stamps coloured with Promarkers and cut with Tonic dies....purple card Papermill....and I have used a embossing folder....the sentiment is from LOTV.....

Good morning...Hope you are all keeping well....I had a bit of a day yesterday with Bailey taking him to the vets....But it looks like we turned the corner now and he back to being grumpy cat....

A little bird told me.....

Hello....Bit late today....trying to catch up  with housework and washing so the rest of the day will be all mine....well I can wish!

Today's card is a quick one for me as it had to go in the post yesterday....
6x6 card.....fawn card Papermill.... bird house Tonic....and I was very naughty and brought them all in the set....cut twice and matted on top of each other and found some pretty yellow paper from the bit box...oval die Die-namics.....papers LOTV....and both sentiments from Penny Black....flowers and bird  Memory Box....and a few gems....

Pretty in Purple.....

Hello....Well the nice sunny weather did not last here in Suffolk...It's been raining all night....and Its the last day for the painter.....just the gloss (well satin) bits to do now.....And had a phone call yesterday...that my new bed will not be here until the end of week....as the shop is waiting for my carpet to be delivered and that is to go down first...

Today's card is for a Buddy over on D.C....She should have got Wednesday one!....
Again its a image from Sugar Nellie from the little art book from Hobby house.....coloured with Promarkers.....and cut with Die-namics oval die.....
Ive used the big oval die from Tonic for the base in Pearl purple card from stash... and then in lilac card from Papermill......papers from LOTV....and the flowers and leaves from Memory Box......

Wedding Day....

Hello....Hope you all are well...Hugs to anyone who needs them....

Today's card is a special one for a very good friend who is getting married tomorrow just a few days after his 80th birthday! And I will be there to wish him and his new wife lots of happiness.......  .

As both have been married before and they are an older couple! I did not want to do a  white on white card....

I started with a 8x8 card and used cream/gold pearl card from Anna Marie designs....some old gold card Joanna Sheen....the layer dies are tonic as is the Mr& Mrs die and Fred and Ginger...which I cut twice...... Flowers Memory Box....sentiment Britanna dies....pearls from stash....and the pretty little pearl flowers on wires are from lovely Emma...

Ascot Lady....

Morning....From a very overcast Suffolk....looks like rain...what else! later today....

Today's card is for the friendship swap over on docrafts....

Tonic oval dies.....gold,sliver and cream card Anna Marie....black card from stash....Tonic Ascot lady dies....flowers die Die-namics ....and a few pearls....
The back of the card I cut a large oval die to made a stand and used one of the smaller dies for somewhere to write on...

Morning....Hope your week-end went well?....Went out yesterday for a late Sunday lunch....and a few G & Ts....and very nice it was too....and no washing up after....LOL...

The white linen and pale blue card are from Papermill....Sliver mirri card from stash.....All the dies are from Tonic...and i cut the corner one twice and off set some sliver mirri...

Thank you all so much for your kind comments about my cat Bailey....The vet rang me back on Saturday afternoon....Good and bad news....Good news all the blood test came back clear....bad news still do not know whats wrong with him...so back to the Vets again sometime this week....
